Favorite Scripture:
2 Nephi 31:20 "Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life."

Neat Story:
"Today is a rainy, cloudy day here in Buenos Aires. But we are busy trying to prepare the last baptisms I will see as a missionary here in Almagro. On Saturday we had the baptismal service of Hno. Alberto Luengo, which was fantastic because after the ward temple trip nearly everyone stayed to support him in that important moment. It was a wonderful, spiritual service. In fact, the only service more spiritual that I have seen was that of Juan, which we had yesterday night. Two baptismal services within 3 days! I think the ward is getting tired of having baptismal services, haha! But in all seriousness, everything went great. I got to play the violin and that was fun. Juan has waited so long to be baptized and was just so happy. He has quite the story. Its amazing to hear about the person he used to be and see who he is now - what a transformation. And many ward members remembered him from that time, and bore testimony. It is amazing how the gospel changes lives. I have been really struck by that thought lately, and the hope we have thanks to Christs loving sacrifice. Juan has been able to finally enter the waters and rid himself of all the burdens and baggage he once carried. Iris, who is now his wife, has also accepted a baptismal date for Tuesday, Nov. 3 - my last day in the mission field :) Im hoping to go out with a bang!"
