Neat Story:
Dear Dad,
Thank you so much for visiting. I would never have suggested it to president if the idea hadn't come from you, and I'm so glad it did. I was at first a little worried about it, but quikly got over desiding that I would finish strong no matter what, then it just made me all excited. I think the hour between 9 and 10 am that morning was the longest morning of my life! I was trying to imagine what it would feel like to see you, but what it ended up being was the best, it felt normal. Like it was sopposed to happen. And I feel so boosted from your visit and blessing. And I did make it a special point to polish my shoes extra good ;) (though I still polish them regularly)
If you could let Jeff know that I'm thinkin' about him. And tell him I say "good luck" with the surgury for his baby. I can't wait to meet him! It sounds like the surgury isn't anything to be all worried about. Wich is really good.
The weather here can't deside what to do either, is it going to get all hot? Or rainy? It seems to be different every day. So we don't ever know for sure if we'll need our rain coat or not.
It's so weird to think that the house is empty. It must feel so strange in there. I guess I get to make myself an all new room! You'll have to send pics of Mandee and Nate's new house sometime.
Thanks for the Dixon's address. I think Mom sent it to me before and I wrote him once but he never wrote back. I'll write again though, I can't wait to see him again. There's an Elder out here in our district who's brother died while he's been out, so it doesn't seem to be too uncommon. I guess Adam got back last week, I havent heard from him yet though.
Thanks again for everything Dad, and I forgot about the money thing, you could have just left it in an envelope at the office with my name on it and it would have got to me, but in the bank account is probably a little easier. How was the air museum? I hope it wasn't closed or anything, that would have been lame. Sorry you only get to enjoy SoCal weather for a day. I'm sure it would have been nice to take some of it with you.
I love you , take care.
~The Boy
P.S. So we gobbled those donuts right up! Not even the Roaches had a chance to get to them. :p
