Neat Story:
Elder Holman and his most recent companion, Elder Crandall (from Gilbert, AZ) received a knock on their door late one evening. They opened the door to find two teen-age girls whose family they were teaching. The girls were frantic, saying their father was going to kill their mother in a drunken rage. The Elders and the girls walked a couple of blocks to the family home, where the father was holding his wife at knifepoint, swearing to kill everyone and using the foulest of language. Elder Crandall stepped towards the man and asked, "Do you know what fear REALLY is?" The man froze in fear, while the Elders commanded him not to move. The father could not lift his feet! The mother and girls grabbed some personal articles and fled the home. The Elders called the police, andwhen no one arrived, they commanded the man to walk with them. They walked the neighborhood, explaining to him the evil he had done. He could not touch either of the Elders, as the power of the Priesthood was with the Elders. The man left the home, and eventually the family went to counseling and is working things out. What a testimony to the power of the Priesthood!
