Mormon Missionary

Favorite Scripture:
Alma 26:22 Yea, he that repenteth and exerciseth faith, and bringeth forth good works, and prayeth continually without ceasing—unto such it is given to know the mysteries of God; yea, unto such it shall be given to reveal things which never have been revealed; yea, and it shall be given unto such to bring thousands of souls to repentance, even as it has been given unto us to bring these our brethren to repentance.

Neat Story:
Scott wrote: I have been working really hard but feeling like I needed to do more so I was fasting to find some new investigators and guess what...A man randomly showed up at church. He wanted to know if he could come in and listen. So he came in and listened to the last half of sacrament meeting. This week we are going to go by his house and teach him. The next week he wrote: The guy that showed up to church last Sunday came again this Sunday. He is a pretty cool guy. We taught him the first charla(discussion)this week and then my companion went by one time when I was on divisions. He wants to get baptized. We have an appointment with him tomorrow, so we´ll see how he´s doing. It is obvious to me that I am but an instrument and the Lord directs the work. I love being a missionary, It´s tuff but worth it. I know that some day I am going to miss it a lot.
