Neat Story:
Elder Williams and I were tracting in East Cleveland. A policeman stopped us and asked "where we were from?" we told him from the LDS church. He then asked "do you live around here?" we said yes. He then asked us "do you know this area very well?" we answered again yes we did. He then shook his head and with the surprised look and said to us "okay then you two be very careful in the area and take care of yourself." Oh how people have little faith in Us.
Special experience I had working the call center at the MTC. I was assigned to do follow up calls. One call was to a Lady, she requested a Bible and I was to follow up and see if the missionaries had come by. Well it started out with the Lady yelling at me for several minutes. She said "why would I want a bible I am atheist." I then had to priviledge of bearing my testimony and telling her about God and about the love God has for everyone. It all ended with her requesting missionaries so she could learn more. It was awesome!!! Elder Pappas was invited by the mission President to go to Kirkland and meet with a handful of other missionaries. While he was there Elder Ballard of the Twelve was at the same meeting. It was very special to meet and talk with an Apostle.
