Favorite Scripture:
Alma 29:9 "I know that which the Lord hath commanded me, and I glory in it. I do not glory of myself, but I glory in that which the Lord hath commanded me; yea, and this is my glory, that perhaps I may be an instrument in the hands of God to bring some soul to repentance; and this is my joy."
NEW FAV: Romans 8:38-39: "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Neat Story:
The story of his mission, so far: From the MTC (entered April 16th) in Provo, UT, to serving temporarily in El Paso, TX (Argentine visa delayed) starting June 24th. Transferred from El Paso to Tucson, Arizona on July 23, 2008. Monday, July 28th, he flew from Tucson to Los Angeles, then south to Lima, Peru, then Santiago, Chile, then Buenos Aires, Argentina. (He arrived in Argentina Tuesday morning, July 29th.) Then he went a bit farther south to serve in the Bahia Blanca Mission, which he was originally called to! :)
His first area was Necochea, in a city called Quequen, on the Atlantic coast between the cities of Mar Del Plata and Bahia Blanca. Next he served in the beautiful coastal city of Mar del Plata, famous for its beaches. He was in Mar del Plata for several months, then in the city of Bahia Blanca for only six weeks. After that he served for four months in Necochea, another coastal city. He was then transferred back to Bahia Blanca, where he stayed until mid-December when he was transferred inland to General Pico.
