Would you like us to offer a service that automatically saves and posts your emailed missionary letters to a personal interactive time line around which you and people you invite can post comments and photos?

Yes and I would consider paying for it.
Yes but it would have to be free.
Maybe depends on what else it did.

 No this wouldn't interest me.

Ok Im getting ready to send out a really big letter that I have been working on so if you would like a copy of it please e-mail me your name and address :) that is jepson@myldsmail.net Oh yeah and just so you all know. technicaly this postboard is not approved :( for me to visit but :) If some one wants to take the task up of e-mailing me or setting up some automated e-mail thing to copy all the messages from the board and send them to me that would be great and in return I will. Reply to the messages and send them back to some one to post to the board for me :) and if you want personal responses instead just let me know and I will send just to you :) Of course personal responses can only be done for family members and it would have to be a family member that I sent my responses to to post. I know its kind of a pain, but curently it is the only way :( Love you all elder Jepson... Some one e-mail me and let me know whats up... cause I probably won't be able to visit the board next week :( Love yall lots Elder Jepson jepson@myldsmail.net

Dear Elder Jepson, I am hoping you don't get on today until I finish this. We miss you and love you so much. I keep the copies of the words to "My God is Love" with me so I can get it copied. Right now I have been sick with the flu and a cold since we got back from Lake Chelan, so I am just handling school and emergencies, but I should manage to get it copied and sent real soon now. We had a great time. I plan to send a letter via the Dear Letter Mail Service shortly as well. We plan to leave here in 2 and 1/2 weeks to take Kyla to Utah. More about that later as well. Just wanted to let you know how much you are loved, prayed for, thought of and certainly not forgotten. All My Love, Mom

Dear Elder Jepson, I came home from Lake Chelan and wrote this long post for the board and my puter kicked me off for inactivity so I lost the whole thing. Thought I'd jump on really quickly and say hello. Joe and I just celebrated our 1st anniversary! It is hard to believe that it has been a year already. He is such a wonderful guy and continues to grow more and more into the role of Daddy. He attended a baptism with us Saturday for one of Mitchell's friends. That was neat. We just continue to accept him where he is and love to have him with us when we can. Tomorrow we see the attorney to start adoption procedings for Cortney. Please keep her in your prayers that Mike will release her without a fight. I feel nervous about that but have faith that the right thing will happen. Lake Chelan was a blast but we really missed you not being there this year. Especially since Tasha learned to swim. Kevin put a life jacket on her and man you should have seen her take off. She was loving that and so were the rest of us, it was truly a site to see. I believe that Kenny took some pictures to send you. Cortney asks all the time when you are coming home and Andrea and Mitchell miss you also. You are always in our prayers and thoughts even though we have been so lame as to not write you one single letter to date. My health continues to strengthen each day so I am hopeful that I will be healthy by the time you return home. One of these days we will hopefully get a real letter off to you, but we may have to revert to posting instead. I better get moving this morning so I will close for now. I am so proud of the example that you are setting for all of your nieces and nephews and for the lives that you are touching with the gosple. Love ya lots, Jana

I received a letter from Casey, but not from Jason. Although, I may have a letter from Jason waiting for me at Jolene's house...or maybe he decided not to write me.The next few weeks I will be getting my stuff together and dad and I are going to drive down to Utah. Hopefully it won't be too hot there! Lake Chelan was really fun and I even got to go diving with Kevin this year. That was really awesome. Hope everything is well with you.

I am so happy that people are starting to use this message board. For awhile I stopped updating it because people never seemed to use it, but now that it has some activity I will try and update it more often. I have decided to move to Salt Lake City until school starts in August and then go for the semester which ends in December. I've already started registering for classes, found a place to live and have started looking for a job. I am excited about moving and being out on my own for a little while. Dad is mistaking that since I met Jeremy I decided that marriage was more important than school. I have always felt that school was important and have always planned on getting my AAS degree in Interior Design. Also, I do understand how important marriage is and that it can only bring the greatest blessings and eternal exaltaion when performed in the Temple. I also understand that once married, it should be for time and all eternity and that divorce should never be an option when things get tough. Sometimes I feel like everyone gives me little credit for my thought process and my decisions. I'm glad to hear that things are going great with you. Sounds like you are back in Alabama, because Kenny gave me an updated address which I posted to the website. I'll try and upload the pictures you send dad on that CD. Talk to you later. Love Always, Kyla

Kyla is coming home this Saturday, June 14th so the elder in the north will miss her. He was to far away to be viable anyway. We are hoping Kyla will choose to go to school in Salt Lake City. She was planning on attending "The LDS Business College" but after meeting Jeramy, she decided that getting married was more important than getting an education. We are hoping for her sake she will choose to go there for a year and give herself a chance to mature some more. Also, the chance to meet some other guys so she will have a basis of comparison. She feels the Lords has inspired her that Jeramy is the ONE but what she doesn't realize is that there are many people who the Lord would give his stamp of approval on. All he is saying to her is that Jeramy is an ok choice. Well, she is going to have to live with her decision but what she doesn't realize is that that decision is one of the biggest, if not the biggest she will make in this lifetime and once married, her commitment should be an eternal one. Things don't always work out even with LDS couples but the riggers of going through a divorce is anything but pleasent and if there are children involved things are that much worse. Just look at what Jolene is going through and she is just starting! We are hopeful that Jolene and the kids will come up for the family reunion at Lake Chalen. It will be good to see them and they need to be around family right now. Mike is really treating Jolene badly now the decision has been made to go ahead with the divorce. Mike already has a girl friend. I built a closet for our Master Bedroom and hope to install it this weekend. Hope my shoulder will stand up to the task. Kevin offered to do it for me but he is so busy with his family, church and the business, it seems unfair to have him worry about it. Besides he is about two and a half to three weeks out and I don't want to wait that long. I stopped and put a deposit on a new Toyota XLE Camery. It should be here in a week. Hopefully before we go to Lake Chalan. Did I mention that Kevin and Brad put up our awning. It's great but I need to order some special boards to install that keep the rain from pooling up. In this climate you never know when it is going to rain, as you well know. However, the beauty of this area is unsurpassed anywhere and the rain is necessary to provide for the green trees, flowers, and lawns, etc. I came home earily to install the closet so I had better get cracken before my tired catches up with me and I end up waiting until tomorrow. By the way Brother Lockner was baptised last Sunday, or at least was suppose to be. We were going to attend the baptism but I had to give a couple of blessing in our ward and by the time we were finished, it was to late. We met them at conference the previous Sunday and was invited to attend the baptism. As you kown, mother and I were fellowshipping Brother and Sister Lockner before we moved. I really must go for now so keep cool and we will talk to you more next time. Love, Dad

Hello Every one, It is so nice to hear from you Terresa and Dad, Thanks for getting a letter in before my P-Day. Thanks for keeping me up to date on the Family Happenings, and for the Missionary Tip's Keep em coming if ya got em. I am still serving in Starkville Ms and transfers are coming up again on the 19th of June, Curently I am with Elder Stoker and there are some good things going on here. We are working with some wonderful families and will hopfully be having a baptisum in June, I will keep you posted on that. It's hard to belive 6 months have gone by since I left home. I really am enjoying this Mission the Lord has let me Serve and really do Love the people we are working with. I hope Kyla and Jolene and Kim are all doing well, and also Jennifer with her pregnancy. Is kyla still in California with Jolene? Cause I have given her address there to a couple of Missionaries, one who is going home on the 19th of this June he lives in Northern California, and is a really good guy and a great Missionary. I also have given it to a couple other guys who arent going home for about 6 months or so. It's been a While since I have heard from Kenny and Stephanie I hope they are doing ok. Well family not to much to report on the south is the south and thats all there is to it. It's Hot it's Hummid there are mesquitos every where, Poor Grammer is a must, bad hygene is a given and Gold teeth you will find in abundance. There are also many, many people who mostly preachers who will try to come up and bash with you in public and like to yell and go on about how we are so wrong and preach much false doctrine. It's all part of the whole experiance. This last week we went to a Southern Baptist Church out in the country, it was very spiritualy lacking and there was alot of yelling and singging and loud praising going on. I left with a hudge head ach and mentaly drained. Not to mention the sadness of the false doctrine which was being taught. Any way the south is great I love it. Hope all is well on the Home front. I love you all very much and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear Son, In answer to your request about ways to find and teach people, I will tell you the following. It was our belief that we said our prayers and ask Heavenly Father to put people in our path that we could teach and baptize. Then we would leave our apartment and go out looking with out approaching those who we met along the way. Heavenly Father was putting people in our path but we were failing to ask them if they wanted to learn more about the church. We decided on this action. When we left our apartment we would ask everyone we came in contact with the following question after introducing ourselves as Ministers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we would ask: How much do you know about the Church of Jesus Christ? Regardless of their answer, we would then ask, Would you like to learn more? It was amazing how many wanted to learn more. This is a very simple and a very direct way to approach anyone. There is really no way to offend them. Those who want to learn more will set up an appointment for you to teach them or will invite you to teach them now. Those who do not wish to learn more are not yet ready to receive the gospel. To them, you wish a good day and invite them to attend the church of their choice this week. We literly went on foot, asking everyone we saw. We did not tract. We relied on the Lord to put those who he had prepare to receive our message in our path. Our only obligation was to open our mouth and ask and then let the Lord touch their hearts. It worked! Mother and I had our introductory meeting for the Temple Preparation Seminar last Sunday. We had three attendee's plus the bishop and his wife. Everything seemed to go well and we are looking forward to getting started on our regular lessons. We are unable to start this week as one couple are having non-member family members as guest this weekend and will be unable to attend. Next week is Fathers Day and some may chose not to start then and the following week we will be at Lake Chilan for the family reunion. Jolene, Kyla, and Jolene's friends Tammie, her husband and their children are also coming as is Charlotte and Brianna, and Charlotte,s half sister Michelle and her children. Mother and Becky can only attend Friday, Saturday and Sunday as they must be back for school Monday, bummer! Mother said she has found the words to the song you wanted and she will try to get it written and sent to you as soon as she gets through finals. Well, I have to get ready to leave for church, so will sign off for now. Love Mom and Dad

Dear Micheal, Spring is always such a busy season for us. Track is now over and Gerry placed 11th in pole vaulting. One of the judges was impressed with his form, and wondered if he were going to any camps this summer. I hadn't really thought of that, although money is squeazed sqeaky clean right now. Dana had a little fender bender a couple of weeks ago after seminary in the parking lot. No one was in the car,(does that mean she hit a parked car?) She was in a little too much of a hurry and didn't see it, as no one else ever parks in the back parking lot, except that morning, and he had the missfortune of parking right behind her. We are replacing a hood, front grill and head light assembly. Gerald was able to get some new 2nd's and he will be painting them this weekend. It was an old beater car and the members who own it said we could just fix it without turning it into the insurance company. That was a blessing. We have one more week of baseball for Brian and Patrick. Did I mention Kirt is running the concesion stand with another boy. They are literally in charge of the whole thing. That will end with ball also. We are looking forward to the end of school next Wednesday and the Lake Chelan trip coming up. I will be having my piano recital this weekend, so piano will be slowing way down also. We have a pool again in Goldendale. We are toying with the idea of a family membership and using it as a bribe tool for getting work done this summer. Gerry has an opportunity to help train some horses this summer in exchange for the knowledge of how to do it. Brian is adjusting to life with just he and I and will be glad when everyone else is out of school. I have my first Relief Society presidency meeting today and am excited to jump into my calling. Love Teresa

It's so nice to hear from all of you and it is nice to know that I am in your prayers, you are all in mine as well. Things are going good here in Starkville, MS I am glad to be serving the Lord in this capacity. I am sure hoping to see some more of my brothers and sisters enter into the waters of baptisum and then on to the temple. I have had the wonderful pleasure of being able to be involved in finding and baptise 3 wonderful daughters of the Lord. Kimkesha Mcghee (Lives in Montgomery AL), Betty Roberson & her Daughter Jennifer Roberson (Both Live in Starkville MS). I hope to see more of there family come into the Gospel. I don't have to much to report just the regualr day in day outs of mission work. We are working with some very good people and really trying to involve the members. I am always looking for ways to improve my missionary skills and finding abilities. I would love to her from some of you return Missionaries, what brought you sucsess while on your missions. It sounds like the family is doing very well and it is so nice to hear from the golding family to see how things are going down there with them. Of course its always wonderful to hear from you to Mom and Dad. Please let people know about the Board so I can hear from them as well and they may stay posted on my hapenings. I am going to try to get some pictures sent home on CD or put up on the message board here real soon, so be looking for those. well thats about all I have for right know plus I need to get running. I hope to hear from you all some more. and I will try to put some more detailed Posts together to explain what being in the South is really like. everything diffrent down here has become so first nature to me its hard to recognize things any more but I will try to share will yall things that are specfic to the south. Got to run. Love, Elder Jepson...

Dear Son, Mother and I went to the Seattle Stake Conference to see who would be replacing President Parry. President McMullen is now the new stake president and Craig Stuart is the new second councilor. Bishop Nelson was not released as someone had said he would be. We gave him your cropped picture to go on your plaque until we can get something better. I ask if he had heard that you were now the senior companion and he acknowledged that he had received a letter from your mission president to that effect. Said he was not suprised. Said they do not track the money that is coming in but there is no problem with money and he believes the money is coming in as promised. He said you are not to be concerned about money and that is good advice. You are on the Lords errand and he will see that you are taken care of. I told him to let me know if there was any short falls and I would make up the difference. Mother and I started our Temple Preparation Seminars Sunday evening. The bishop and his wife attended and will probably attend most if not all future study sessions. It was great having them. They are a neat couple. It is hurting my shoulder to type so I am going to sign off but mother wanted to be included as she is too busy to write. Working on finals. Love Ya, Mom and Dad

Dear Elder Jepson, I hope to get a few letters coming along in this life time but if I don't at least I got a quick not off. I hope your joy is growing in the Lord. As you are finding out, our whole life is in service of our God, ever Jesus Christ. I know you are growing in patience and love for the people in your area. Be careful to not get discouraged. There is so much the Lord has for you to do. The adversary would have you believe otherwise. You have been foreordained to serve the Lord in a full-time capacity. Please know that we love you and pray for you everday. There is not a day we forget to pray for you and your success. Will try to write again later. Love, Gerald

Dear Micheal, We had an enjoyable time camping together over memorial weekend. Gerald fixed everything except the holding tank and a couple of little leaks. We had cold food, hot water and beds. We had porta potties to use, and a bathroom not too far away. Showers were available for a small fee, however with no shower curtains I never braved the showers. While the bathrooms were quite clean the cealings were full of spiders. Yuk! We got to bring Loren along, and we picked up a girlfriend of Dana's halfway through the camp out. I will recieve my calling this week I believe, since they did not mention it last week. We have a new sister Missionary, her name is Sister Roberts. We had them over for dinner last night. No one was home except me. All these busy children. Several made it home in time to meet her though. Gerry made it to State competition in Chenney near Spoken. He left this morning, but does not compete until Saturday at 1:00. He is ranked 8th out of 16 in pole vaulting. He has been working hard, so it will be interesting to see how he does. Ken and Jen Golding and family will be coming up for a visit the second week of June, and hopefully taking Dana and Kirt back home with them. All for now, Love Teresa

Wow there are so many Posts on the Message board this week, How cool... Yes I do read each and every one of them. Dad as far as the letter goes from the dept of licensing, You may forward it down to me or just disregard it. Im sure the Insurance company is taking the proper steps to retreive there money. It would probably be alot of work to find out my old Insurance Info and get it sent into them, but if you really fell like you need to then I can tell you that I was insured by Sav-On insurance agency with a subsidary of the heartford. Ok I am so glad that the family is doing well, and that you where all able to come over and enjoy fathers day. It sounds like Dad got a pretty nice BB-Q. It's nice to hear from you to Brian Im so glad you graduated pre-school, thats awsome. It sounds like you are having alot of fun playing t-ball. thats so cool. It's also good to hear from you Terresa I hope Gerald was able to get the pipes fixed in the Trailor for Memorial day. Kim I think that is really cool that you are going to be sitting in on the temple preperation classes. I would take advantage of every oppertunity I could get to learn more about the Temple It's just such an Awsome place I dont think you could ever stop learning new things about the temple even though you will know many of the things Im sure you will pick up some new stuff. Im glad Kyla is doing well down in California I hope she is enjoying her time down there with Jolene and the kids California is a wonderful place to be this time of year. Ok as far as everything with me. I have my new Companion Elder Stoker he is a short little guy about 5 foot 1 inch tall and is from burly Idaho. he is also 22 years old and is about 1 month older then me. all though you probably wouldent guess it if you met him. Any way we are getting along and Elder Stoker likes to work so that is nice. All though I do miss being the Junior companion because I never had to worry about my senior companions the all new how to teach and teach very well, but that is not always the case with Junior Campanions. I belive I will probably being staying in Starkville for another transfer and hope that we will be able to baptise some one soon. You start getting a little down when you are not working with any one who is really progressing, all though we are working with some good people right now so that is not the case for us. I put a whole bunch of pictures on Cd so I will probably be sending home a couple of Cd's of Pictures. I will also mabee try to right a real letter but I have been counting these Posts as my weekly letter if you could not already tell. Missionary work sure does take a toll on my Physicaly. I have never been so Exausted for such an extended period of time before in my life. One day I just had to go in and take a nap I could not function and I supose my faith was lacking, so I gave in, I was not feeling all that great either though. Sister Roberson and her Daughter Jennifer the two wonderful saints we baptised on may 7th 2003 are still doing wonderful They are both reading the B.O.M and attending church every Sunday its so nice to see how the Gospel has just made great changes in there Life's. Well every thing is going well I look forward to getting some letters soon too. :) Ok will thats about it family so take care of your selfs and Ill talk to ya next week. Love Elder Jepson.

Howdy, As you can see we celibrated my birthday and Fathers day yesterday and I made out like a bandit. Of course the BBQ Grill and tools will be used by all so it should work out alright. President Perry is being released Sunday and will be moving to Yakima. Bishop Nelson is also being released Sunday. Could it be that he will be your new Stake President when you return home? It will be neat teaching the Temple Preparation Seminar in our home. And having Kimberly in the class will be a special treat. We are so happy that she was willing to accept the invitation from the Bishop. Kyla seems to be doing better but still appears to be very wrapped up with Jason, or whatever his name is. She seems to be attending some Young Single Adult functions, like Family Home Evening, etc. Hope one of your homeward bound missionaries will stop by and whisk her off her feet. She needs some basis for comparison before making such a drastic step and getting married at 18 or even 19. I know that if she reads this she will disagree but "Father Knows Best." Charlotte and Brianna are coming up for a visit and we are looking forward to their visit. Little Brianna sounds so grown-up and cute. She and Courtney are the same age and should have a great time together. We cropped one of your pictures in the hopes we could get it to Bishop Nelson for your placque but it looks like he will be released before we can make it happen. We were going to do it Sunday but Kenny and Sthepanie invited us over for a Birthday dinner so we didn't have time to drop the picture off. I am sure the new bishop will be anxious to have you properly posted. I burnt up the old white van coming home last Friday due to a big leak in my radiator. Now, I have to go out looking for a new or a newer car. Thinking of buying a Honda Civic Hybred. They get close to 50 miles per gallon. Well, we will see. The shoes you sent home fit perfectly so I accepted them as a Birthday gift, thanks. Remember to respond back about the letter from the Dept of Licensing. Well, it is 11:24 and I have missed my news cast so I had better get myself to bed. Love Ya, Dad

Hello. Today we are celebrating dad's b-day & father's day for dad. We all pitched in and got him a BBQ Grill for the patio and some nice BBQ Tools, so of course we are BBQ-ing! :) Mom and Dad were called to teach the temple prep class for our ward and the bishop wanted me on the list of attendees so I am going to do that. I am looking forward to it but am still a bit reserved. I will try and write you a letter soon.

I don't know about how much fun little Brian is having being out of school. Yesterday about did me in and that was just the first afternoon of his last day of school. Life is crazy as it always is in the spring. We are finishing up with all of the end of the school year activities, and starting baseball, along with all of the other standard things like paper routes, piano lessons, and seminary. I will be recieving a new calling on sunday. I will be the 1st councilor in the Relief Society presidency. I get to maintain my current calling as ward missionary so I am quite excited. Gerald is working hard on repairing all of the broken water lines in the camp trailer so we can go camping this Memorial day. Talk to you soon, Love Teresa

Michael, aka Elder Jepson: You did not address the letter from the Department of Licensing. What do you want me to do about it? It sounds like Elder Stoker is just what you need. Be a great senior companion to him and teach him how to make the most of his time while serving the Lord. We pray constantly for you and all the missionaries that you might seek out the honest in heart, that you might teach and baptize them, that they might receive all the blessing that are in store for the faithful. Kyla seems to be doing much better. She got her wisdom tooth out Monday. The dentist took about 2 minutes to remove it under local anesthesia. That was really great. Jana, Joe and Kim all enjoyed Depoe Bay and just arrived home today or I should say yesterday. I am writing this letter at 2:06 am as I am unable to sleep. You did not mention the letters on the Post Board. Do you read them? Just want to make sure I am not wasting my time. Well, I am going to try going back to bed as I only have about 4 hours before I need to get up. Talk to you later. Love, Dad

Hello All, Jana Im so glad every thing went well with your surgery, I was wondering how you where doing so it is nice to get a report on that. I hope all is going well with every one back home. I hope Kyla is doing good in California and I hope she is able to get her mind on other things for a while. My last companion that I was with Elder Adamson had to go home because of a Medical issue that really could not be treated out here in the field, so I have a new companion Elder Stoker, he has only been out 3 1/2 months, but is pretty gung-ho about missionary work so that is good. any way we are doing are best to find the people the Lord has preparied so when can share the gospel with them, and more Importantly the Spirit. I know the Lord will provide the people to hear the gospel message if we will just do our part. Oh yeah I got letters from the Goldings and Kevin and Jen so hopfuly the rest of you will get on the ball :) Ok will I love you all talks to ya next week.

I received the following letter from the Dept of Licensing: We have received your accident report. Please have all parties involved who are seeking payment for damages and/or injury resulting from the August 17, 2002 motor vehicle accident complete and sign this form. The Department of Licensing can require the driver/owner of the other vehicle to comply with the financial responsibility law for this accident or their driving privilege will be subject to suspension. We encourage all parties who have a damage claim to complete and return this form by June 11, 2003 so we may determine if this law should be applied. If you or the owner of the vehicle you were driving had insurance, forward this form to the claims adjuster or your insurance company. Do no return this form if the other party was insured, the other party paid your claim or your damage was under $700.00 and there was no injury. There is more information to deal with if you want to go forward on this claim. Please let me know what you wish to do, Dad Letter was mailed May 12, 2003

We are at Depoe Bay in Oregon just before we left we received a letter from your mission president announcing your advancement to senior companion, CONGRATULATIONS! We are not surprised at your progress and hope you will do all the mission president requested. Be a good senior companion and a good leader and we will be waiting to hear of your advancement to district leader. Stay humble but set big yet realistic goals. Remember that with the Lords help you can achieve great things and you can help many people and families find the true gospel of Jesus Christ. We are proud of you and feel you are representing our family, the ward and more importantly the Lord in a pleasing way. Keep up the great work. We will be looking forward to additional information about your experiences. We Love you, Best regards, Mom and Dad

Dear Elder Jepson, I wanted to post a quick note as my guilt runneth over as per our phone conversation on Mothers Day! My desire is to write a real letter and pop it in the mail so you will begin to have something to collect, unless it becomes lost in the mail! We are all recovering from our quick jont to Mom and Dad's. I love their new house. Gerald has decided he will use the blue prints and replicate it for us. Well at least that is his plan this week ha ha! Dana and Gerry are struggling to make seminary every morning and Gerald is struggling to help them. Did I say struggling. I'm sure a much stronger word would be more appropriate here but I can't think of which one to use. More to come in the mail with any luck. Love ya, Teresa

Dear Missionary Son: Here is Mike Flohr's e-mail address, mflohr@cox.net, in case you wish to e-mail him and congratulate him on his baptism today. I just finished writing you a long letter and went to get the e-mail address for Mike and lost my whole letter. I will try and recreate some of it. We are looking forward to your phone call on Mothers Day (tomorrow)! We are anxious to hear about your missionary experiences and your baptism of Betty & Jennifer Roberson. We are anxious to hear about your new companion, where he is from, how long he has been in the field, etc. About our ward and bishop and the members. Have you been plagued with any tornado's? Hope you and everyone in your area is safe and that the Lord continues to watch over you and protect you. We are looking for quite a celabration over here tomorrow. Jana, Joe, the children and his parents and his sister and their family are planning on attending. Joe is cooking a salmon. Becky, Brad and their children are coming. Don't know about Kyleen. She did come to our last event on Ester Sunday. They are bring desert. Kimberly will be here and maybe Brian. Ken is coming and bringing a salad. Don't know if Stephanie will come as she wants to spend the time with her mother. We are furnishing Lasagna. Kevin, Jennifer and family will probably not attend as she has not been feeling well and is tired from her pregancy. They may decide to stop by for a few minutes. We are hopeful that Mike's baptism is truely for Mike and not just to win favor with Jolene. He claims that this is what he wants to do. He has been working with the bishop and the missionaries for several weeks now and feels he has had a religious experience. We are hopeful that this is truely the case and that baptism will be a meaningful experience for Mike even if he and Jolene do not get back together. Mike is still very controlling and this is a big turn off for her. She is watching and waiting to see what changes may occure and how long they last before jumping back into the marriage. This is probably a wise decision on her part but hopefully the changes are for the better and become a permanent part of his personality so they can get back together. This would truely be best for the children and hopefully for Mike and Jolene as well. Kyla seems to be doing better and hopefully she will make some friends and have some fun while in California. We have been fairly busy at work but we are still struggling to make ends meet. With so many people out of work, we are not anxious to join them is looking for a job. This would be especially difficult for Kevin with the new baby coming etc. Well, I have a huge day planned so I had better get going. I need to assemble the Garden Swing, the food server for the patio and hopefully get the awning up. Also, we have to get ready for a long needed few days of rest at Depoe Bay in Oregon, a little over 300 mile drive from here. We are leaving on Wednesday and coming home Sunday. Others are going down between Wednesday and the following Tuesday as they are able. We are hopeful that G'ma and G'pa are able to come down while we are there. Grandmother really is looking forward to seeing the ocean again and this would be a really great trip for them. Looking forward to your call. Love and best wishes, Dad

Hello there, My Fabulous Missionary. I am hoping you get this tomorrow since you said to hold off on letters because you thought you would be transfered before they could arrive. I am giving you our phone number to call for Mother's Day. We are so looking forward to hearing from you then. (253)891-7050. We attend church from 12:30 to 3:30 so I figure anytime by 11:00 or after 4:00. Becky and I are feeling worn out from school but we keep plugging along. We just finished a big accounting test and both got A's on it. So far we have 4.0 in our classes this quarter. Hopefully we can maintain that to the end of the quarter. Dad and I are really enjoying our new ward. I think I told you that we will be teaching the Temple Preparation Classes in our home. We are really excited about that. We just love getting your letters, e-mails or Post Boards. We know that we are all being blessed by the service you are providing on your mission. We fed the Missionaries dinner this past Sunday. Along with Jana and Joe and Kids. Jana is still really ill with pain and it looks like they may operate on her this coming Monday. May 12. Dad and I and who ever wants to and can make it are going for a couple of days to the ocean at Depoe Bay, in Oregon. We are looking forward to a much needed rest. Yes, We are always looking for people to share the Gospel with, but also mostly try to live a good example. We are going to have my friend from KCSARC Adair and her family for dinner one day soon, and hope to get them interested in the Gospel with friendship and fellowship. We Love you very much and so appreciate the work you are doing. Must run. Write soon. Love, Mom

Howdy! You have not seen anything yet! The summer has not yet begun. Hot is what hot is, as Forrest Gump would say. Yes, it is great to have the house sold, closed and the money in the bank. We have been able to pay down many of our bills, which makes life easier. We are really enjoying our new home. It really lends itself to family gatherings. We have been feeding Jana, Joe and the kids for the past three weeks on Sunday afternoons as a way of helping her out as she is in a great deal of pain and the doctors have not been able to find the problem. They may decide to operate and remove her gallblatter as that seems to be what is causing her great discomfort. It will sure be good to see her get her health back. As you can see from Becky's note, she and mother are on a very short teather with their time, due to school and all the study, test, quizes, etc. We have been fairly busy at work and I have been going to work at 5 and 6 am and often coming home late. Kevin has been doing double duty by coming down to the shop in his off hours and staining and spraying doors, drawer fronts, trim, etc. Jennifer is starting to look pregnant and I believe they will be sending pictures to verify it. Kim is working at an exercise place down at the bottom of the hill. It doesn't pay much but it is work and she is trying to find additional work. She is also seeing Brian quite a bit. He is her replacement for Deon. Kyla seems to be doing some better. She is very homesick and wants to come home but that is not an option at this point. She needs time away from Jeremy and needs to learn how to be away from home so she can function when she is down at school. Hopefully she will go to school and not push to get married. We do not want her to marry Jeremy but she feels like he is the one and is being very difficult about being away from him. Can you believe that four months has gone by so quickly? It sounds like things are going well for you. We are happy that you are having such good success. Transfers bring new opportunities and new surroundings so be prepared to take advantage of them. You will soon be a district leader yourself and you need all the experience you can get. We know the Lord is blessing you and will bless you as you continue to give all you have to the work. We continue to pray for you and put your name in the temple for extra blessings. Well, I need to close for now so continue the good work and we will write again so, hopefully. Things were hard there for a while since we were not connected to the internet. Finally got that done. Now we can't get our printer to work. It doesn't recognize that there is paper in the paper tray. The green print light won't stay on and it indicates the problem is that the ink cartriages may not be seated properly but no amount of re-seating them seems to help. We miss having our personal computer tech on call. Kenny helps but he is so far away and can't always talk me through solving the problem. Ken and Stephanie came for a visit and some dinner last Sunday. It was the first time she has seen the house. She really liked it and the colors that we have painted the walls, etc. She really seems to be making a lot of growth and progress. She recently lost another pregnancy and that was very hard on her. She so much want to have a baby, so try to remember her and her needs in your prayers. Got to go. Love, Dad We are struggling to get into the 60's here but the weather has been tolerable for the most part.

Hello Once again. Things are going good down here in Mississippi The work of the lord goes forth even though it seems slow at times. we are working with a really great family down here the Mother and two of the children are ready to be baptised and will be soon. Unfourtunatly transfers are coming up soon (may 8th) so I might not be here for there baptisum, but it was so nice to find them and share the gospel with them. The Husband knows the truth too and desires to be united with the lord as well, but has a terrible word of wisdom problem, which he is having a really hard time overcoming. I belive he will overcome these things that are holding him back and will be united with his family and sealed in the temple. we just started working with another lady yesterday who lost her only daughter about a year ago, we taught her about pre-mortal life, mortal life, and life after death. we are going back today to share with her many great things that she is missing and will benifit her family both living and dead. I have a feeling like I might be getting transfered on may 8th but I wont know for shure. I will make a post next Wednesday to let you know if I am and what my new address will be. for the time being you might want to hold any mail you would be sending out until I send you the News it will get to me faster if you hold it a week instead of send it to my old address and then have the new missionary forward it on when he gets a chance. OK will thats it for know. I Love the South, but Man its getting HOT!!

Hi There, It was so great to get your letter. We always share it around and enjoy them so much. I am hoping you get a chance to check your Post Board today, or your e-mail. I will add a quick note there also just incase. I will write a letter to your letter after today. Today is one of my long days at shcool, so don't have time for more than just notes. We had a really wonderful Easter. The ones that live around here came to our house for our first get together in our new home. It turned out to be just as wonderful as we had hoped it would be. The house is perfect to accomodate everyone for a good time, and allow some room for peace and quiet. Everyone commented on how great a place it was for a family get together. Kenny and Stephanie weren't able to come because her family had a get together at the same time, and she has limited energy for too many events on one day. We were happy they could meet with her family. The kids just had a wonderful time. We hardly heard from them at all. They ran around outside and played together. The only time we heard anything was when they had a little disagreement. Dad spoke at sacrament meeting. The computer printed his pages of the talk off wrong so he didn't have the first page of his written talk. That felt uncomfortable for him but he had to go strictly by the spirtit and it made for a really wonderful talk. It was really awsome. He gives the best talks on the atonement that I have heard. What a wonderful message the Gospel gives us. We are so truly truly blessed. I'm sure you had a wonderful Easter as well, because your letters show that you are staying close to the Lord in fulfilling your mission.Easter has an indescribable spirit and feeling when we are close to the Spirit. Mike Fhlor is still taking the discussions and wants to be baptised. We are very thrilled about that. Jolene does not know yet how fully his change is and if she can trust to go back to him or not. She needs to know that the selfishness is gone and the dedication and committment to the family are real and not just a passing fancy. I am sure what is best will work out. She is very smart, charitable, forgiving, and capable of listening to the spirit and deciding if staying with Mike is in the best interest of all of them. We love your so much. Must close for now. We feel the blessing of the Lord every day and know that we have added ones because of your service as well. All My Love, Mom
